Terms & Conditions
Your requirements and terms are to be agreed between you and KBW prior to the commencement of package and documented in the service agreement.
Retainer packages are strictly 10 day payment terms.
Retainer packages are a three (3) month initial contract with one (1) months written notice and payment to cancel retainer package. All cancelled retainer packages outstanding monies are to be paid within 24 hours of the date of the written notice.
Prepaid packages require payment in full before any work commences. Time block is valid for six (6) calendar months from date of purchase.
50% of any website package is to be paid prior to commencement of work. The remaining 50% is payable at the completion of the project.
GST is applicable to all of the above rates
